Things will get heated on March 24th between the Islanders and Flyers. Johnny Boychuk will be out for some revenge on Jakub Voracek. This game is a must watch because tensions will be high.

Dirty hit by Voracek, I thought he should have only gotten a one-game suspension instead of a two-game suspension. The league to trying to send a harsh message this year with upper body hits, so two games it is.

The best is what Boychuck had to say while he was skating off the ice.

Boychuck is a tough bastard and if you think he will let Voracek get away with this you are stupid. Boychuck is a tough tough bastard and he will be out to get Voracek in a couple weeks.

After the game Voracek was asked about the incident.

The explanation I got was if I hit him in the head, it would be a game [misconduct]. I don’t know why I got five. I try to protect myself, to be honest, maybe the puck was a little further than I thought — I thought the puck was close to me.

It’s a tough hit. You know, he’s getting off the ice, he’s pointing at me like it’s a WrestleMania or something. Pointing at me like it’s a WrestleMania. Come on, it’s a hockey game. … He’s the guy that was sucker-punching 19-year-old Nolan Patrick last year in the end of a game. He’s going to do that? Give me a break.

This is what happened last year that Voracek is referring about.

I expect some good old time hockey in a couple of weeks because Boychuck can throw knuckles. He cut open Justin Abdelkader pretty good a couple of months ago.
