Today we have a full slate of MLB games and here are a few games that we like.
Houston Astros vs Tampa Bay Ray: Astros -170
Both teams have been surging lately. The first game of the series the Astros won 1-0 and last night the Rays won 3-2 thanks to some bad defense by the Astros. Tonight Verlander takes the mound for the Stros and they look to begin another road win streak, which ended last night at 11. They are 30-12 on the road best record in the MLB. Look for the Astros to win this tonight at the Trop, the pitching matchup favors them and they have the better offense.
Milwaukee Brewers vs Cincinnati Reds: Brewers +115
I think this pitching matchup favors the Brewers. Chacin has struggled his past two starts but I think he will rebound tonight vs the Reds. Yelich is out for the Brewers but they did not miss him last night winning 8-2. The Brewers have an eight-game winning streak vs the Reds and have outscored them 34-12 during those games. The Reds struggle to score against the Brewers, who also have what I consider the best bullpen in the league. The pitching matchup favors the Brewers and expect them to continue their winning streak over the Reds.
